As a part of our DevOps Service offering, we provide end-to-end infrastructure automation to various companies. Our team works on an integrated outsourcing model wherein it doesn't offer a 24*7 monitoring and support service with a NOC team. However, we understand the criticality of business of our clients and considering that, our engineers configure all important email & phone based alerts and act on any outages/incidents in a timely manner even during non-business hours. We have been supporting many mission-critical applications through this outsourcing model for several years and have effectively delivered DevOps Automation for our customers based out of the US.
